Automatic credit refunds
Credits spent on a generation that fails, times out or is blocked by the provider are returned to your balance automatically.
Within 14 days of a purchase
You can withdraw without giving any reason and get a refund (see the terms, section 8).
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the current period. The 14-day rule above applies to each payment.
A video that does not match
If a video does not match what is described, write to [email protected]: we rerun the generation, return the credits or refund you.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with your account email and the purchase concerned. Refunds are made within 14 days to the payment method used.
